It's day 1 of Chinese New Year today for all those celebrating! Public holidays mean another opportunity to get baking! Today I'm sharing my favourite CNY cookie recipe. It's a delicious balance of sweet and savoury, crunchy and crumbly. The only downside of this cookie is that it contains nuts so my allergic self can't enjoy it...

A super easy recipe with a YouTube tutorial, I hope you guys will be able to try someday!
